Glasgow Rangers continued their positive early season form on Saturday as they faced Kilmarnock in the Premiership.
The ‘Gers won 2-0 thanks to goals from Kemar Roofe and Ryan Kent and they remain on top of the table, albeit on goal difference. Not only that, they also have a six-point lead over their fierce city rivals Celtic as it stands – they may be feeling confident that this can finally be their year.

There has been plenty of news regarding Kent over the past week or so, with Leeds United having a bid rejected for the 23-year-old winger. However, he was in good form at Ibrox at the weekend and, when he left the pitch, he was embraced by Steven Gerrard.
