Glasgow Rangers: QPR eye Jordan Jones

According to TEAMtalk, QPR are said to be interested in Glasgow Rangers’ Jordan Jones if Bright Osayi-Samuel leaves the club this summer.

25-year-old Jones has reportedly been told he can leave Ibrox during this transfer window, and as such the Championship outfit are said to be eyeing the Gers man.

Osayi-Samuel is being pursued by Crystal Palace, and as such, QPR are said to be looking at Jones as a replacement.

Osayi-Samuel had a good season last time out, scoring five goals and creating a further nine in the English second-tier, and as such, Palace are keen on signing the £1.53m-valued man – as per Transfermarkt.

Should he depart, a hole will be left on the wing, and that is one Jones could fill. Whilst he has struggled to make an impact at Ibrox – he has made just 15 appearances in all competitions since joining last summer – he was an important player for Kilmarnock, making 119 appearances in three years as he scored 11 and made a further 22.

Currently valued at £540,000 by Transfermarkt, it is not clear as to how much the Gers would demand. But if Osayi-Samuel does leave, Jones could be a very interesting replacement.
