Glasgow Rangers: Morelos’ agent jets in as future remains uncertain

The agent of Glasgow Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos has arrived in Scotland to discuss the future of his client, according to The Daily Record.

Michael Gorman, who represents the £13.5m-valued Colombia international (as per Transfermarkt), has arrived in Glasgow in an attempt to resolve the future of the 24-year-old.

Morelos has reportedly already agreed personal terms with Lille, whilst Fiorentina are said to have made him their number one transfer priority.

Somehow, Morelos is still a Gers player despite the huge amount of speculation surrounding his future. There is still plenty of time left in this transfer window, but the clock is ticking. Surely it is only a matter of time until he departs, which at this point would likely be the best for all involved.

Unfortunately, Morelos was on the end of a nasty tackle against Dundee United last weekend which forced him off the pitch, but hopefully that will not have any impact on a future transfer. The arrival of Gorman indicates that there could now be a push to get this resolved as soon as possible.
