Manchester City fans here in the Tavern are beyond excited about the prospects of Champions League football returning this week.

It has been an absolute dream start for the City faithful, producing an unbeaten start to the season that’s shown glimpses of recreating the feat of the Arsenal Invincibles. They’ve found themselves on the end of freewheeling goals, an incredibly attacking style of play, and one of the strongest squads in recent memory in the Premier League.

Although they’ve made such an incredible start to the season, they can’t afford to gain a sense of complacency, with a long-winded season still laying in the path ahead.

With no sign of this City side letting up, their next challenge sees a return to European football but comes of low importance to their Champions League campaign, as an already qualified Manchester City side welcome struggling Dutch side Feyenoord to the Etihad.

Indeed, due to the lowered level of importance of this fixture to the club, this could pose the opportunity for a couple of youth prospects to feature in what would prove to be a rare opportunity in Europe.

So having already qualified here are TWO young starlet’s that could feature on Tuesday…
