Many Arsenal fans have been bemoaning the latest transfer reports linking the club with a move for a Liverpool player.
According to The Telegraph, the Gunners are interested in making a move for attacking midfielder Adam Lallana, whose contract expires in the summer. However, they aren’t the only club who are looking to make a move, with Leicester City said to be leading the race to sign him as Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are also reported to be monitoring developments.
Lallana has been playing a bit-part role for the Merseysiders this season, making just three Premier League starts for Jurgen Klopp’s men (via Transfermarkt). In comparison to Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil, the former Southampton player averages just 0.3 key passes per league game, less than the German.
