‘I’d offer Willian + £35m’, ‘Please Marina’ - Chelsea fans demand move for £58.5m-rated ace

For the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern, the time to start spending is now. The Blues are yet to invest so far this summer, and that’s a problem.

Their squad needs improving, and with or without a new manager in place, they can’t afford to sit around.

Fortunately for them, though, there could be an ideal opportunity to land a deal that could go down as one of the summer’s best.

According to Mohamed Bouhafsi on Twitter, who is reporting for RMC Sport, Man Utd attacker Anthony Martial wants to leave Old Trafford this summer.

Rated at £58.5 million by Transfer Markt, Martial is a player that has bags of talent, but there’s no doubting that the Frenchman has had a tough time of it at Old Trafford. Jose Mourinho doesn’t seem to rate him quite as highly as his peers, and so it’s no real surprise that he wants to leave the club.

It’s also no surprise, then, that Chelsea fans are desperate to sign him. The Chelsea fans over on Reddit have been discussing the update, and they are very keen for their side to make him their player.

Some are suggesting that Willian could go the other way, whilst others are simply asking the Chelsea board to get the chequebook out.
