Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are really looking forward to seeing their side get going this season with them aiming for a promotion push.
The men from Elland Road have had a great summer in terms of signing new players and getting things ship shape at the club behind the scenes.
Now, then, is the time that Thomas Christiansen needs to capitalise on all of this and get his players going quickly on the way to a battle for promotion.
Certainly, then, it’s going to be an exciting time watching how the club does and Eddie Gray is certainly expecting the club to be challenging near the top of the league.
As quoted by Phil Hay on his Twitter account he said:
Eddie Gray looks ahead to the new season: “If you’re selling 18,000 season tickets, you’ve got to be up there.”https://t.co/K8IzE5ZTOG pic.twitter.com/BI1VjMllxa

For sure, then, Gray is expecting a strong showing from the Whites and fans have certainly reacted to these comments on the social media site.
Here, then, is the best of what has been said:
The stadium should be about 30/35k every sat game…no excuses now.

at least 25,000 Tuesdays too, if we’re anything like a “big club”

There is zero correlation between ticket sales and league position, @LUFC will need to be ready

Not one to complain. But Sheffield United have sold over 20k season tickets! Should they be up there?

What about 19000 in league one?
