Our Liverpool fans here in the Transfer Tavern are gearing up for a big Premier League game this afternoon as they host Crystal Palace at Anfield.
The latest obstacle in their chase for the top four, the Reds know they can keep things in their hands with a big three points against an Eagles side that is looking rather solid under Sam Allardyce.
It should be a tight game, then, but whilst they’ve been waiting for that here by the bar they did get the chance to take in the Chelsea v Tottenham game last night in the FA Cup.
And, as it was for many, Kurt Zouma’s hilarious reaction to Nemanja Matic’s screamer was the big highlight to take away from a good game, with Reds fans comparing it to Marko Grujic’s reaction when Jordan Henderson scored against the Blues.
