Last season, under Jose Mourinho, the Blues looked poor and often fell to defeats week-after-week – but it is a very different story this season.
The Chelsea fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are loving life under Antonio Conte, and the Blues’ victory over Southampton at the weekend led the club to a very impressive milestone – especially when compared to last season.
The Blues currently, after the Southampton game, sit on 22 points from 10 games – which by itself is a very impressive record. However, that number becomes even better when you consider that Chelsea had just 11 points from the same number of games last season!
Essentially, what that means – is that under Antonio Conte, Chelsea have TWICE as many points as they did just one year prior.
