The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern have had a very exciting few weeks. Champions League final defeat aside, it was a dream for most fans to simply make the trip to Kiev, and their side has done a lot to keep fans smiling following the game, too.
The Reds sealed a deal for Fabinho a few weeks ago, and now they’re apparently edging closer to bagging another huge deal.
Perhaps viewed as the successor to Philippe Coutinho, who left Anfield in January, Fekir is a creative master that has been impressive over in Ligue 1 over the last year. A great passer with an eye for a goal, the Frenchman’s technique is second-to-none, and Jurgen Klopp is clearly eager for his team to secure a deal.
Unsurprisingly, the news has gone down very well amongst the Liverpool fans over on Reddit.
Fans have taken to the platform to discuss the prospect of Fekir arriving, and they appear convinced that he’s set to join – and everyone is very happy indeed.
