Leeds United will be desperate to return to winning ways after the international break as they take on Bristol City on Saturday.
The Whites failed to make the most of their promising position last time out at the Hawthorns as they were thrashed 4-1 by Darren Moore’s West Bromwich Albion.
However, it appears as if the Yorkshire club are looking at a potential addition, as according to Team Talk, Leeds United could turn to Tom Heaton to replace the injured Jamal Blackman, who has returned to Chelsea.
The goalkeeper has been a consistent performer at Burnley over the years, with three international caps to his name. But, with the likes of Nick Pope and Joe Hart ahead of him in the pecking order, it appears as if the experienced shot-stopper is heading for an inevitable exit.

STEFAN JOHANSEN
Stefan Johansen was one of the standout performers for Fulham in the Championship last season as he played a huge part in their promotion push by scoring eight goals and producing nine assists.
Surprisingly, the 27-year-old has found himself spending most of his time on the substitutes’ bench this season due to the amount of players that were drafted in during the summer, so he could be open to a move.
The Whites have lacked an attacking edge at times with Samu Saiz failing to live up to expectations in the current campaign, so moving for Norwegian would be sure to bolster their promotion chances.
BRANDLEY KUWAS
The Whites were keen on signing the 26-year-old Heracles winger in the summer but were unable to meet the Dutch club’s £3.25 million asking price. However, with Brandley Kuwas’ contract set to expire at the end of the season, Leeds should be looking to sign him on a bargain deal in January.
Marcelo Bielsa currently has the likes of Pablo Hernandez, Jack Harrison, Ezgjan Alioski and Jack Clarke at his disposal, but Kuwas offers a different dynamic as he has plenty of pace, can cut in and shoot and deliver the ball.
