Jose Mourinho is ready offer Marcus Rashford a reunion with him at Turkish giants Fenerbahce. According to the Sun, Fenerbahce are considering move for the forward, who Manchester United value at around £40million.
Rashford’s future has been one of the major talking points of this summer’s transfer window, after the 27 year old enjoyed a successful loan spell with Aston Villa last season. He is believed to favour a move to Barcelona, but the La Liga Champions have so far shown very little concrete interest.
Bayern Munich and Juventus are also understood to be monitoring his situation, and it now seems Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce is ready to enter the fray. Mourinho knows the player well, with the pair having worked closely together for two-and-a-half years at United.
Reports in Turkey say Fenerbahce are willing to meet Rashford’s asking price, and are set to send a representative to England this weekend to meet with both Rashford and Manchester United executives.
It is yet to be seen if the player can be persuaded to make the move to Turkey though. The England international is understood to favour a move to a Champions League club as he bids to keep his place in the England set up ahead of next year’s World Cup in the United States.
Fenerbahce will play in the Europa League next season after finishing second in the Turkish Super Lig.
Mourinho eyeing possible Rashford reunion

Rashford scored 28 goals in 125 matches under Mourinho from 2016 to 2018 when the Portuguese manager was in charge at Old Trafford. United won the Europa League, Community Shield, and League Cup in that span.
Seven years on and Rashford now finds himself surplus to requirements at United. He is currently training on his own at Carrington away from the first team.
He is one of several key names who could be allowed to leave United this summer alongside Jadon Sancho, Antony, and Alejandro Garnacho.
United have already added Wolves forward Matheus Cunha to their ranks for £62.5m and are currently working on a deal for Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo. The Red Devils have seen two bids rejected by Brentford however as negotiations have stalled over evaluation.
