Many Liverpool fans heaped praise on manager Jurgen Klopp after what he said during the BBC Sports Personality of the Year award show.
The German tactician guided the Reds to their first league title in 30 years during the 2019/20 campaign, and his side are four points clear at the top of the Premier League as it stands.

Klopp picked up the Coach of the Year award on the night and he got people talking after admitting that picking up the award in Manchester made the moment “even sweeter”.
Since taking the reigns at Liverpool in 2015, he has accumulated a points-per-match average of 2.05 from 286 games in the hot seat (TransferMarkt).
