‘Just bid £200m’ - Liverpool fans demand club make move for South American star

The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern would be over the moon if their club opened up the chequebook and moved to bring Paulo Dybala to Anfield. The club are reportedly looking for alternatives to Nabil Fekir as the deal for the Frenchman looks like it has fallen through and Dybala is one of a handful of names that have been touted with the switch.

There’s no doubting that Paulo Dybala is one of the best footballers in the world today. The Argentinian second striker has put up amazing numbers since his move to Juventus, scoring 68 times in his 140 games for the Turin giants and has also chipped in with 25 assists. The star could be on his way to Merseyside though, and if he does it would go a long way in making Jurgen Klopp’s side favourites for the Premier League next season.

At the age of just 24, Dybala has a lot of time to add to his trophy cabinet, although he’s already amassed a serious amount of honours. The dangerous forward has won three domestic doubles in a row with Juventus and could be poised to add another major trophy this summer with Argentina as La Albiceleste look to go one step further than they did in Brazil 2014 and lift the World Cup in Russia next month.
