Liverpool: Fans criticise Kamil Grabara’s reaction to Jack Butland links

Liverpool youth goalkeeper Kamil Grabara has been scrutinised by supporters after reacting to the club’s links with Stoke City shot-stopper Jack Butland.

The 21-year-old returned from a loan spell at Championship side Huddersfield Town last season and he received a lot of criticism during his time there. Subsequently, he was sent back to Anfield before moving to the Danish team Aarhus GF on another season-long loan.

During his time in Yorkshire, Grabara only kept five clean sheets from 28 appearances for the Terriers, which isn’t a fantastic record and he is yet to make an outing in Jurgen Klopp’s side (as per TransferMarkt).

Nevertheless, Grabara got involved in the debate surrounding Butland, who has been linked with a move to Anfield in the past week, according to Football Insider.

In response to The Mail on Sunday journalist Oliver Holt, Grabara simply commented with a laughing face emoji, which may suggest that the fact that Liverpool are linked with Butland is bizarre.

Equally, the Reds’ supporters thought that Grabara’s reactions were pretty bizarre as well, making their feelings clear about his “arrogance” on social media.
