Everton fans in the Transfer Tavern are toasting their ales in honour of Romelu Lukaku, who has won the Premier League’s Player of the Month award for March.
It’s been a fine month for the Premier League’s leading goalscorer, propelling himself to the top of the division’s scoring charts with four goals and two assists in three top flight outings.

Lukaku also netted for Belgium in a 1-1 draw with Greece during the international break, rounding off a potent month for the 23-year-old striker, who has been strongly linked with a summer move to former club Chelsea.
Blues patrons in the Transfer Tavern are even more convinced Lukaku has what it takes to lead the line at Stamford Bridge following his latest award, whilst Toffees supporters are hoping he can carry that form into Saturday’s Merseyside derby at Anfield.
