It just hasn’t worked out for Naby Keita so far at Liverpool.
He was signed for a club-record fee in 2017, with him joining the Reds a year later after spending the 2017/18 campaign on loan with former club RB Leipzig. However, he is yet to really make an impression during his time at Anfield, with him having made just 51 appearances for the Merseyside club since the move.

Injuries have done little to help his cause, but that is no excuse for the way he has failed to adapt to English football so far. And it seems the fans of the club are far from happy with him if their responses to a James Pearce tweet are anything to go by.

The Liverpool reporter shared an article on the Guinea international published by The Athletic, which has led to many of the fans ripping into the 25-year-old. One even labelled him a “complete flop.”
