Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are hoping for a successful weekend as they aim to see their side get back into those play-off places.
Indeed, the Whites have been going very well this season but could be set to throw it away after their loss against Wolves last time out.
This weekend, then, they need to beat Burton to allay those fears and get back on track with fans worrying about the future of some of their players if they cannot get promoted this season.
Certainly, the chances of having Pontus Jansson next year would take a hit but, as quoted by Lee Sobot of The Yorkshire Evening Post on Twitter, Garry Monk doesn’t seem too worried about that just yet.
He said:
Garry Monk, asked if he’d spoke to Jansson on Premier clubs ‘interest’: “There’s absolutely no need. I don’t talk about speculation” #lufc

Is he relaxed, or hiding something that Leeds fans won’t want to hear? Time will surely tell.
