Leeds fans on Twitter loved these comments from Pablo Hernandez

At Elland Road, Pablo Hernandez has found something of a home. The Spanish winger is an impressive player and is arguably one of the best in the Championship. He’s already loved by the supporters in Yorkshire, and his comments on the Leeds United website have only helped that, as he’s hailed the Leeds fans as the best in the league.

Leeds fans often pride themselves on their club’s fanatic fans and how good their club’s following is both at home and away from home. The supporters can often become something of a 12th man when their side is under kosh and The Whites have been in that position many a time before, so it’s really pleasing for the fans to see one of their star players hailing them as the best set of supporters in the Championship.

Whilst the fans have been excellent, and the team have been above average this season, the next step will be for Marcelo Bielsa to start getting his side back up the levels they hit in August. It won’t be easy to maintain the excellent level of football that Bielsa has found, but if they want to win the Championship then they’ll need to find the next gear, as they sit three points off of 1st-placed Norwich.
