Leeds United are once again one of the sides to beat in the Sky Bet Championship this season and will be eager to get this international break over and then get playing again.
The men from Elland Road are up near the top of the league with the likes of Preston North End and West Bromwich Albion, and are once again playing some of the best football in the division.
It remains to be seen how they cope with the festive period – that usually makes or breaks a season – but if they can get through it with results intact, they are going to believe this year is finally theirs.
January might also be an interesting one for the Whites – though it’s a transfer rumour involving their greatest rivals that’s captured their attention at the moment.
This comes from Adam Crafton of the Athletic:

Haaland is quickly becoming one of the top young strikers in Europe, so it makes sense that he is attracting interest.
Some of former Leeds man Alf Inge, though, and a player born in the Yorkshire city, Whites fans have been quick to jump all over this rumour:

The boy likes Man Utd but he loves the Leeds

Also pretty sure that if Haaland checked out Manure (or asked his old man) for 3 seconds he could rule them out quick smart. Good player. Horrible club

Shame the player himself said he would never play for Manu

Why would he want to ruin his career before it’s even got going?
