Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern do wish it was their side playing in the play-offs this weekend but as is the case they are going to have to just watch on.
Indeed, it doesn’t need much more adding to it that the Whites are going to be in the Championship next season and the hope amongst the fan-base has to be that the club learns from this year and progresses.
Indeed, many fans are eager to see the side sign some top players with the extension of Pontus Jansson’s stay with the club high on many fans’ lists.
It appears a slight hitch in the situation has occurred, however, with Leeds wanting to pay the money in July whilst parent club Torino want the money now – as per Ed Aarons on Twitter:
