Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait to see how their play-off challenge plays out with them desperate to see their side reach the Premier League again at last.
Indeed, many of our Whites fans are of the opinion that it has been too long for them to be out of the top flight and when you consider the size of the club you can understand that for sure.
What Garry Monk must do in the summer, though, regardless of if they go up or not is strengthen the side to keep the momentum going but it appears Ryan Kent will not be a part of that.
The printed version of The Sun (via The Daily Star,) has claimed that Leeds are interested in the young winger but he seems set to be offered a new contract by Liverpool instead – potentially dashing hopes of a move.
The youngster has performed well on loan at Barnsley this season in the Championship but surely wants to be playing in the Premier League ultimately and this news appears to suggest the Reds think he can do so with them.
