Responding to an exclusive Angus Kinnear interview with LUTV, many Whites supporters have been in full debate over the severity of recent events – with one fan suggesting that the ‘season is going to get voided’.
The Leeds United chief executive, speaking to the club’s official account, detailed Leeds’ response in order to take action against the threat of infection – with Kinnear revealing that the club’s training ground and facilities have been put into temporary lock down. As well as this, the club have sent anyone is who is at ‘high risk‘ from the disease home in order to protect staff who could be more seriously affected by the virus. Kinnear also gave his opinion on finishing the leagues across Europe, stating that it is the ‘right thing to do‘ even though it may be difficult at the moment to put a timescale on that happening. However, despite the seemingly well-measured comments, many fans have been in full debate in response – with one supporter thinking that the season will be voided regardless.
