Leeds United fans in the Transfer Tavern will be expecting Paul Heckingbottom to make a number of additions to their side this summer, however, they could be set to lose one man during the window.
The 27-year-old has struggled at Elland Road, having found it difficult to make an impact in his first season, before being loaned out to the League One outfit. The Swede has impressed during his spell at Tony Mowbray’s side, however, it remains to be seen on whether he will remain there or not.
Landlord’s Verdict
The Leeds fans in the Tavern were disappointed that Antonsson’s first season did not work out at Elland Road, having spent around £2million on him, however, it is unlikely he will be involved with the team should he come back to the Whites.
The club already has a number of strikers currently on the books and Heckingbottom is believed to be looking for another striker or two to help get his side firing so they can try and compete for a place in the Premier League once again.
