Therefore, the Whites should look to bring the 49-year-old to Elland Road in the summer months, as an experienced manager that has proven he can develop a side at the highest level.

Alex Neil has established himself as one of the up-and-coming managers in English football, after spearheading Preston North End’s promotion push in the current campaign as they’re still in with a chance of the play-offs.
Indeed, the former Norwich City boss has made something out of nothing so far this season, as the Lilywhites have an outside chance of securing promotion with arguably one of the weakest squads in the Championship.
Therefore, Leeds United should look to bring Neil to the club in the summer months, as a young manager that’s shown he can challenge for promotion and will get the best out of a squad.

Therefore, the Whites should look to make Mick McCarthy their new boss in the summer months, as he knows how to grind out positive results when it matters and could possibly take Leeds to the top-flight.
