Chelsea continue to fly in the Premier League and at the time of writing, had maintained their seven point gap over second placed Tottenham.

Antonio Conte looks certain to deliver the Premier League title to the Blues and the Chelsea fans here in the Tavern have been in a tremendous mood pretty much since day one under the Italian.

Word over at the jukebox this week though has been that Conte could well be looking to move some players on this summer, and our landlord has been getting some of the latest gossip from the fans with regards to departures.

The Chelsea squad is packed full of talent, and with the club likely to strengthen again in the summer, some players will no doubt have to be sacrificed.

With this in mind, we take a look at THREE Chelsea players who Conte should be letting go this summer…

Nathaniel Chalobah

The central midfielder needed really to be breaking into the team this season and impressing, but once again it has not gone quite right for him.

Chalobah is too good to be sitting around doing nothing, and is also at an age where he could do with playing. Conte might well let Chalobah go, in a move which would benefit everyone around the club.

Kenedy

Another young player who started well with the Blues but has gone somewhat missing is Kenedy.

He did start the season on loan with Watford, but was sent back to Chelsea in December after failing to impress for the Hornets. Kenedy could well now find himself being moved out of the Premier League entirely.

Cesc Fabregas

This is one of the toughest calls Conte will have to make in the summer, but a player of the quality of Fabregas is definitely not going to want to sit around and warm the bench.

Fabregas has been used in bits by Conte this season and has done well when called upon, however, the Spanish international is too good to not be playing, and a move might well suit everyone involved come the summer.
