Liverpool boss brings midfield talent to Anfield

klopppeeeLiverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern are enjoying a friendly game of pool with our Coventry City regulars, as they discuss a piece of news that concerns both clubs.

The Coventry Telegraph states that new Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has recalled Ryan Kent from his loan spell with Coventry City, as the German wants to assess all the young talent over the forthcoming international break.

Coventry hope the 18-year-old’s return to Merseyside will only be on a temporary basis but Klopp runs the rule in the situation and could decide that the teenage talent may provide a boost to his first-team options.

It’s suggested that numerous loanees will be returning to their parent side Liverpool in the coming weeks, with Klopp wanting to take a look at all the club’s talent before deciding on the best future action for their development.

Liverpool supporters have told the Coventry fans they have their support, as they believe Kent is better suited for a loan spell elsewhere and isn’t quite ready for the demands of Premier League and Europa League football.

Liverpool fans, is this a good call from Jurgen Klopp or should these players have remained with their loan sides? Let us know in the comments!
