Liverpool fans have applauded the FA after charging Manchester United players for their conduct during their 2-0 victory against the Red Devils.
United’s players surrounded referee Craig Pawson in anger and rage as he let play go on following a Virgil van Dijk challenge on goalkeeper David De Gea. As a result, play went on and Roberto Firmino curled a stunning strike into the far corner past the Spaniard. Following the visitors’ protests, the video assistant referee ruled out the goal as it was believed that the Dutchman fouled De Gea in the build-up.

Too right, the behaviour of their players was atrocious, and this is them setting an example to the millions of children watching!

Proper 90s United Fergie tactics of bullying the referee into changing his mind and it worked. Could have cost us points but they’ll just get a slap on the wrist
