Liverpool had a tough night against PSG on Wednesday, with Jurgen Klopp’s men falling to a 2-1 loss over in Paris. They played fairly well, but in the end, the might of the French giants just proved to be too much.
However, one man that had a slightly better night, at least on a personal level, was Harry Wilson. Currently on-loan from Liverpool at Derby, Wilson has had a good season, and last night he bagged a fantastic goal from a free-kick.
Though his team ended up losing to Stoke City, the Englishman can certainly hold his head up high, and it’s fair to say that his display didn’t go unnoticed amongst plenty of Liverpool supporters.
Naturally, given how popular Wilson is at Anfield, they’ve been keeping an eye on him all season long, and more often than not, they’ve likely been impressed.
His latest finish has got lots of fans talking about him online, with supporters calling him ‘class’ and noting that he would be a great alternative to Christian Pulsic, whom the Reds have been linked with recently.
