The Lyon captain was close to joining the Reds last summer but a deal to bring the France international to Anfield collapsed at the last second, and now 12 months later, it is looking like Liverpool are willing to go back in for Fekir again.
Lyon’s president recently announced that the playmaker was free to leave the club this summer, which has yet again sent Liverpool fans into meltdown about the prospect of the club sealing the signature of Fekir once and for all after coming so close last time around.
