Liverpool fans aren’t happy with Dominic Solanke on Twitter

Share

Liverpool fans have had a lot of success with major signings at Anfield since the arrival of Jurgen Klopp, with the German impressing on the transfer front. Recently, big names like Mohamed Salah, Naby Keita and Alisson have come in and made a positive impact, and that’s a credit to the work that he has done.

However, not all deals have been successful, and that’s arguably true of young Dominic Solanke. Of course, the 21-year-old is still young and has time to turn it around, but he’s struggled to make an impact at Anfield. Though given limited chances, he’s only managed to bag one league goal for the Reds, and in a league as competitive as the Premier League, and in a team as lethal as Liverpool, you need to make an immediate impact.

Unfortunately, then, it’s looking like he may struggle to make it at Liverpool.

A few Liverpool fans online, though, aren’t too bothered. Indeed, they seem to have given up on Solanke already – with some calling for him to be sold and others mocking his record thus far after their side published a post on Twitter celebrating his 21st birthday.
