Liverpool: Fans believe Curtis Jones is the future of Anfield

Liverpool fans believe that academy player Curtis Jones is the future for the club as he looks to make his Anfield debut against Arsenal on Wednesday in the Carabao Cup.

The 18-year-old has been made a part of manager Jurgen Klopp’s plans after forging a successful youth career within the complex of Liverpool’s Melwood training ground.

He currently has five goals and four assists in nine Premier League 2 outings and is showing the manager that there is yet another Scouse starlet knocking on the door of the first-team dressing room.

Jones continues to be closely monitored by the coaching staff after penning a contract extension in August, where he expressed that it’s his “dream” to play for the club as a “local lad”.
