Tonight’s game against PSG is the biggest game of the season for Liverpool so far. If the Reds can go into the PSG clash with their front three of Mane, Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino all firing then there’s no reason why they can’t come away from the clash against Thomas Tuchel’s PSG with all three points and qualification from their group. Jurgen Klopp will know exactly what he needs to do tonight and having his sidelined pair back ahead of the game will be so crucial as they look for a huge win.
The only thing that some Liverpool fans will have in mind is that they also face the Merseyside derby on Sunday, just days after travelling back from France. There’s no doubting that the PSG game is more important, the pride that will be at stake against Everton is very important and it’s a game that they simply can’t afford to lose, which could lead to Klopp being reluctant with his returning players Gomez and Mane.
