Liverpool may be dominating the Premier League, but they’ll surely want to move forward and compete for all major trophies next season. El Desmarque have reported that they’re interested in signing Real Madrid’s Isco to bolster their attacking midfield options.
The report says the Spain international won’t be allowed to leave Madrid for anything less than around €70m (£59m). He’s only made 11 appearances so far this season in La Liga, so it could be a perfect time for Liverpool to swoop in. He’s been linked with Manchester City earlier this month too.
The 27-year-old can play right across the midfield line and on the left-wing too (per WhoScored), so his versatility could prove useful to Jurgen Klopp. Anfield Edition tweeted the report on their account and Liverpool fans were excited by it. Many replied to say just how much they’d love to see him play for their club.
