Liverpool have officially submitted an offer for Norwich City’s Jamal Lewis in hopes to bolster their squad this summer.
As reported by James Pearce, the Reds have tabled an official bid of £10million for the left-back, including a ‘substantial’ sell-on clause proposal.

The club’s pursuit of Lewis comes in their mission to add depth to their title-winning first team and one major area of concern is the defence. Andy Robertson is currently Liverpool’s only recognised senior left-back, meaning the versatile James Milner is the only potential back-up in case of injury problems.
Fans are thrilled with the update on the Norwich man and are eager to see him move to Anfield. One fan has tweeted he would be the ‘perfect signing’ for Liverpool to fit in and provide much needed depth.
Whilst another is excited that ‘we’re spending again’, given their quiet spell on the market during the last transfer window.
