Liverpool fans were fuming with Jurgen Klopp last night during their Champions League meeting with Napoli at Anfield.

While the Reds extended their unbeaten run at Anfield, the home side looked poor and lost Fabinho to an early injury before Dejan Lovren rescued a point for the European champions. Now, they need a point from their final group stage game away at Red Bull Salzburg to get through to the next round.
According to the Athletic’s James Pearce, Klopp was fuming on the touchline during the first-half of the game as his side failed to perform on home soil (the BBC went as far as to describe them as ‘lacklustre’), with many supporters pointing out that the German should be angry with himself. Indeed, they cited his team selection in the first place, with Trent Alexander-Arnold dropped for Joe Gomez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain initially left on the bench.
With that in mind, here’s a look at how Liverpool fans reacted to James Pearce’s tweet.
Not surprised…the Gini/Hendo/Milner effect…as useful as ice in the Sahara.
