Liverpool fans are doubtful about the latest update from David Ornstein, who has reported that the club are willing to spend finances on incoming players next summer.

Manager Jurgen Klopp opted to stick with the squad that won him the Champions League last season, with the addition of a backup goalkeeper and two young players that could hugely benefit the team in the future.
Goalkeeper Adrian, and youngsters Sepp van den Berg and Harvey Elliott were the only club signings of last summer. However, the Reds find themselves at the summit of the Premier League by eight points and top of their Champions League group.
Fans have been frustrated with the lack of transfer activity but can have no complaints about the performances on the pitch.

Didn’t the club blew up the summer’s budget to buy Rodger’s house for Klopp?

Based on what? A hunch? Or did M. Edwards only mentioned that to David? I don’t understand how this is different than guessing if you don’t give any names? And what happens if they don’t spend? Will David make a public statement he was wrong?
