Liverpool fans on Twitter are all reacting to Mo Salah’s Man United comments

Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern have been responding to comments made by their Egyptian wizard, Mohamed Salah. Salah needs a goal this weekend at Old Trafford to complete an incredible goalscoring feat of netting against all of the Premier League’s big six. When Salah last met Jose Mourinho’s side the game finished scoreless as the Red Devils looked to avoid defeat and take a very credible point away from Anfield.

"De Gea is a great goalkeeper and this is the only team I did not score against in the top six this season, so I will try."

Manchester United now have an entirely different problem in stopping Salah, as the former Chelsea man has kicked on this season and now sits level with Harry Kane on 24 goals as he aims for the Premier League golden boot. David De Gea will have to be in great form on Saturday for the early kick-off as the Premier League’s greatest ‘keeper this season will be up against one of the deadliest frontlines in the competition.

Even if Manchester United manage to keep out Mohamed Salah, there’s still the issue of the Egyptian’s partners in crime, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane. Liverpool’s lethal three-pronged attack is enough to put even the most resilient of defences to the sword and Mourinho will have to have his defence well drilled and ready as they come up against possibly the strongest attacking force they’ve faced this season.
