Liverpool: Fans praise Trent Alexander-Arnold after hard-fought West Ham win

Lots of Liverpool fans have heaped praise on right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold following his side’s 3-2 win against West Ham on Monday.

The Reds had to battle ferociously to get themselves across the line at Anfield as they came from 2-1 down to move closer to clinching their first league title in 30 years as goals from Georginio Wijnaldum, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane kept their unbeaten streak intact but David Moyes’ side made it very difficult for the hosts. Indeed, one man had fans salivating with his range of passing once again.

Alexander-Arnold, who is valued at £99m by TransferMarkt, provided a duo of assists which was his 13th assist in the league this season. The local lad made six key passes, won five ground duels, and made three tackles, dominating on the right-hand side for the Merseyside club, as per Sofascore. Unsurprisingly, supporters were delighted for the youngster and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan said that he could “cross a ball to the moon”, while another described his passing and crossing as “out of this world”.
