Pep Guardiola has confirmed Manchester City will give Liverpool a guard of honour at the Etihad on Thursday.
The Citizens, who ultimately sealed the title for the Reds, relinquish their status as reigning Premier League title holders. Their loss against Chelsea meant Jurgen Klopp’s side didn’t even need to play another game before they were crowned champions.

Let’s be real about this, this was never in doubt. Pep is a classy guy and deserves our respect, even if we have managed to get on his nerves at times.
