Since their tour of America, the Reds have been winless in their preparations for the 2019/20 season losing to the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Sevilla, and now Jurgen Klopp’s side have suffered a third pre-season defeat, this time to the hands of Napoli as Liverpool fell 3-0 to the Serie A side in Edinburgh.
Indeed, the Liverpool Echo didn’t give any of the players yesterday a score above 6/10.
With no win against a big side all pre-season, fans have started to worry about Liverpool’s prospects for last season, and supporters turned to social media to vent their frustrations.
