Liverpool: Fans shocked by former Red Charlie Adam’s aging

Liverpool fans have gasped in horror as pictures emerged of the former Red Charlie Adam celebrating a goal for his new club.

The former Scotland international scored for Reading as his side beat Fulham 2-1 at Craven Cottage on New Year’s Day.

Adam joined the Reds in 2011 and was brought in under the tenure of club legend Kenny Dalglish, where he went on to make 37 appearances for the Merseysiders and scored just two goals during that time.

During Reading’s moments of jubilation on Wednesday, the match photographer captured an image that shocked the Kop faithful.

Supporters were in shock of the pictures of Adam and made their feelings clear on social media.
