Liverpool will reportedly look to recruit some new faces ahead of next season, but no talks are being held at this current stage.
According to James Pearce (relayed via @AnfieldEdition), the Reds are likely to bring in ‘two or three new faces’ to bolster their squad.

The Premier League champions are yet to make an addition to their team so far, after losing out on major transfer target Timo Werner last month. Pearce’s comments have got a lot of fans speculating over who could be coming through the door this summer and what it could mean for current players.

The German star has been linked to several Premier League clubs, with the Reds being on the list of potential suitors. Liverpool reportedly held a meeting last month to discuss signing the 20-year-old, but they face heavy competition from the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea (per The Athletic via Express).
