Naby Keita joined Liverpool last summer after agreeing on a pre-contract in summer 2017, and there was excitement by the bucket-load when he joined up with the club. However, so far the Guinean midfielder has failed to impress at Anfield, although Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that the midfielder is available for selection for tonight’s clash.
Klopp on the situations of Naby Keita and Adam Lallana as we get ready to face @Wolves in the #FACup.

The ex-RB Leipzig man was looked at as one of the very best players in the Bundesliga before he made his switch to the Premier League. So far, though, in over half a season on Merseyside, the 23-year-old has been unable to register a single goal or assist for his new club in his 18 outings so far. Injuries may have played their part, but the fans are still expecting a lot better from their expensive import.
There could be a positive around the corner for Keita at Liverpool though, Klopp spoke yesterday and confirmed on the Liverpool website that Keita, along with Adam Lallana, would be in contention for a start against Wolves despite the fact he hasn’t featured for the club since their trip to Molineux last month. The Kopites will be desperate for him to end his dry spell at the club and gain some confidence, and a game against a weakened Wolves team in the FA Cup is a great chance to do it.

The Reds would love to see Keita kickstart his Liverpool career tonight, and will just hope Klopp starts him and gives him the chance to.
