For the first time in a while, it is looking like Liverpool will be having a quiet summer transfer window of sorts.
Would you like to see this man at Anfield? https://t.co/T4AkUum7IY

After breaking the club transfer-record multiple times over the past two years, this summer looks to be a more low-key affair for the Reds, who look to be aiming for fringe players, but that hasn’t stopped the rumour mill from churning out some big names with a move to Liverpool.
The latest big name to be linked with a move to Anfield is Real Madrid and Colombia star James Rodriguez (as per Mundo Deportivo via the Mirror and Anfield HQ), who is likely to leave Spain this summer after two years on loan at Bayern Munich, and even though Liverpool could genuinely benefit with another creative midfielder, fans aren’t too keen on the idea.
Here is how some fans reacted to the news of the South American joining the club…
No thanks.. he’s overrated

Flamed out of two clubs so soon for a reason. Hard pass.

He’s not fast enough, and won’t defend

I just think he’s slightly overrated a bit. He made his name at the World Cup in Brazil since then he hasn’t been at his best imo

It has been confirmed that Bayern Munich won’t exercise their option to buy Rodriguez, who is valued at £58.5 million on Transfermarkt.
