Liverpool: Fans welcome back Fabinho with open arms as he returns from injury

Liverpool fans were delighted with an update from the Mirror journalist David Maddock after he revealed that Fabinho has returned to first-team training.

The Brazil international has finished his rehabilitation from a serious ankle injury that he picked up during his side’s 1-1 draw against Napoli in the Champions League in November. He will now join in the full training sessions with the first team as they prepare for their crunch clash against arch-rivals Manchester United on Sunday.  The Mirror said that manager Jurgen Klopp is unlikely to include him in the starting line-up for the game but could look to involve him in the FA Cup clash the following weekend.

David Maddock of the Mirror revealed that the Brazilian has followed a tailor-made training plan for the past ten days and is almost ready to be involved in the Reds pursuit of their first Premier League title in their history and their first domestic triumph in 30 years. Supporters were delighted with Maddock’s update and made their feelings clear on social media.
