Loads of Liverpool fans have panicked over the prospect of having another quiet summer in the transfer window.
It was revealed on Monday by Melissa Reddy of The Independent that the Reds are preparing for a “relatively quiet summer” as the club is already looking towards next season and what they can possibly take from it. Indeed, Jurgen Klopp has conducted very little transfer activity since the summer before the 2018/19 campaign, where he spent big on the likes of Naby Keita, Fabinho and Alisson Becker.
Since then, very few changes have been made and the German tactician has placed a lot of faith in the current crop of players, which has resulted in his team being 22 points clear at the top of the Premier League. However, supporters were not on the same wavelength and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan went as far as saying that if the report was true, then John Henry, Tom Werner and the rest of FSG must leave the football club.

If this is true then FSG have got to go, I’m not defending them anymore.

No way we’d go 2 summers in a row without a big money signing. Just not happening!!!

If this is true, #Nike will be disappointed to have signed a pact with the greedy Yanks, because they def don’t want some unknown teenage Sunday League signings to commensurate their partnership with #LFC….🧐
