Liverpool fans would be thrilled if Klopp could snap up 1 of these 3 players next week

Liverpool are enjoying a fine season and have continued their decent rise under the guidance of Jurgen Klopp but there is plenty they could be doing better, especially if they’re to catch Premier League leaders Chelsea…

The punters in the Transfer Tavern all accept that winning the title this season will be hard, due to the advantage Chelsea have secured, but they believe they can definitely contend next season – especially if a few new faces arrive.

Rather than wait until the summer, many of our regulars believe that it would be wise to bring in fresh faces this month and allow them half a season to settle in the Premier League, before reaching their finest form next season.

They’ve scribbled down three names they’d like to see arrive at Anfield and are happy to accept even one of these names, as they feel the players could become big assets in the coming months.

With that said, Liverpool fans would be thrilled if Klopp could snap up 1 of these 3 players next week…

Jacob Murphy

The 21-year-old Norwich City midfielder has plenty of suitors in the Transfer Tavern and Liverpool would be wise to look towards the youngster.

The Reds could look to seal a deal by swooping this month, persuading Norwich into a sale by offering the youngster back on-loan until the end of the season.

Certainly one for the future, Murphy has netted six goals this season and boasts a further five assists. The guidance of Klopp could get the best out of the youngster and he can develop into a star.

Sead Kolasinac

Identified as the ideal left-back to take Liverpool forward, Sead Kolasinac is the name on everybody’s lips this month as the 23-year-old has impressed with Schalke.

James Milner has performed valiantly this season but he isn’t getting any younger and the less said about Alberto Moreno the better.

Kolasinac would fill that area of the pitch perfectly and half a season to settle into the English game would be invaluable.

Leon Bailey

The 19-year-old Genk ace is another young talent touted with a move to Liverpool amongst the Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern. The Jamaican has caught the eye in the Europa League this season, netting four goals in six appearances.

A keen eye for goal and able to cause defences a wealth of problems, Bailey could be a huge player in the Premier League in a few years time – and Liverpool can’t afford to see the player develop with a rival club.
