TalkSPORT journalist Alex Crook has said that Liverpool are 'going all in' for Jude Bellingham 'at the end of the season'.

The Lowdown: Midfield crisis

Jurgen Klopp's side are having somewhat of a midfield crisis at the moment, with Jordan Henderson, Fabio Carvalho, Curtis Jones, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita all out injured and Thiago only just returning to action.

It has left them particularly light in the middle of the park, and with Arthur coming in loan from Juventus to help with numbers, it is clear that the midfield is an area of the pitch that the Anfield outfit will look to strengthen in the future.

The Latest: 'All in' for Bellingham

Speaking to GiveMeSport, Crook has shared that the Reds are 'going all in' for Bellingham 'at the end of the season':

“They’re going all in for Bellingham at the end of the season.”

The Verdict: Exciting

It is certainly exciting for the Kop faithful to hear of the Merseyside club's ambition to sign a player as talented as Bellingham.

Hailed as 'scary' for his age by England international teammate Jack Grealish, the 19-year-old already boasts 15 senior caps for the Three Lions, and has played nearly 100 games for Borussia Dortmund, scoring 12 goals and making 18 assists, including a goal in the 3-0 win at home to FC Copenhagen in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night (Transfermarkt).

Nonetheless, with all of their midfield worries, Bellingham is the perfect player to come in for Liverpool, should they be able to get a deal over the line.
