A number of Liverpool supporters are fuming after Andy Robertson was ruled out of the vital clash with Chelsea next month through suspension.

The Reds enjoyed a memorable win over Leicester City on Wednesday evening, making it into the Carabao Cup semi-finals in the process.

Jurgen Klopp's men left it late to draw 3-3 with the Foxes at Anfield before Diogo Jota fired home the winning penalty after a tense shootout.

One player who was unavailable for the game was Robertson, who was serving the first of a three-match ban after his red card against Tottenham last weekend.

Liverpool's Premier League clash with Leeds United on Boxing Day has now been postponed however, which means the Scot will still be unavailable for the trip to Chelsea on January 2nd instead, as confirmed by James Pearce on Twitter.
